A lifelong Bucks County resident, Manuel Galarza founded the Female Empowerment Foundation to recognize and invest in the next generation of female leaders. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning nonprofit management, business development, youth mentorship, and community engagement, he has dedicated his career to creating opportunities that empower others to succeed. Manuel believes that strong communities are built by recognizing character, encouraging leadership, and investing in young people who demonstrate a commitment to service. Through FEFA, he is committed to honoring exceptional young women and inspiring future generations to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Mary Rigau

About
Mary Rigau is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and dedicated mother with a passion for serving others and strengthening the communities around her. Through her leadership, volunteerism, and commitment to civic engagement, she has built meaningful relationships that bring people together for positive change. As FEFA's Director of Community Engagement, Mary helps cultivate community partnerships, supports outreach initiatives, and works to ensure the foundation remains connected to the families, organizations, and leaders it serves.
Seth Tobin
Director of Strategic Partnerships
About
Seth Tobin is a business development executive with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving organizational growth. A graduate of Delaware Valley University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Seth combines business expertise with a relationship-focused approach to leadership. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations expand through innovative sales strategies, strong client relationships, and collaborative problem-solving. As FEFA's Director of Strategic Partnerships, Seth works to develop relationships with businesses, community leaders, and corporate partners that support the foundation's mission of recognizing, inspiring, and empowering the next generation of female leaders.
Alexandra Galarza
Student Ambassador
About
Alexandra Love Galarza is an AP Scholar and accomplished student leader who will attend Swarthmore College in the fall of 2027. A multi-sport student-athlete, she has earned varsity letters in two sports while maintaining a strong commitment to academic excellence. She serves as Vice President of the National Honor Society at Council Rock High School North and founded a bilingual tutoring program that supports international students as they adapt academically and socially.
As FEFA's Student Ambassador, Alexandra serves as the primary liaison between the foundation and its Student Council. She helps recruit and coordinate student members, encourages youth involvement in the foundation's initiatives, and ensures the perspectives of young women remain at the heart of FEFA's mission to recognize, inspire, and empower the next generation of female leaders.
